Step 1.
Slice each chicken thigh into three pieces. Add to a bowl with the tikka paste, Greek yoghurt and juice of the lemon. Season generously with salt and pepper, then mix well. Cover and set aside in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Step 2.
Add the chicken pieces to your air fryer basket then add another small drizzle of oil. Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 14-16 mins until charred and the chicken juices run clear.
Step 3.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer. Serve with your choice of carb and veg and some fresh herbs, like mint, if you like. If batch cooking for the week, transfer the chicken to a container and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
