3 Tbsp Baharat or Garam Masala
3 Fennel Bulbs
12 Fresh Apricots
1 Courgette
4 Mozzarella Balls
80g Pumpkin Seeds
2 Small Bunches of Basil (50g in Total)
700g Cavolo Nero
3 x 240g Tins of Cannellini Beans
6 Lemons
500ml Vegetable Stock
2 Garlic Bulbs
500g Paccheri or Other Short Pasta
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
750g New Potatoes
