Hi Peter! You can use Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt – the Greek yoghurt will just be thicker in consistency.

Hi Lea! You can cook the grains yourself and season them with salt and pepper to taste. You could add a little olive oil and lemon juice too if you like.
