An incredibly easy soup, bursting with flavour. It’s the perfect way to use up the last few lasagne sheets that for some reason never make it into an actual lasagne.

This was gorgeous!! Used up the last bits in my pantry and it tasted delicious. I didn't have enough sundried tomatoes, so I used baby tomatoes to make up the rest. It honestly didn't disappoint. So easy to make, will defo make again.
