If you don’t have ras el hanout, switch it out for your favourite curry powder. If you don’t have a blender or food processor, you can make the whipped feta by crumbling the feta into a bowl and whisking vigorously to break it up. After that, add in the Greek yoghurt and olive oil and whisk until combined. Season with the zest of half a lemon and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
