Dumplings In Chilli Vinegar

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, with a big pinch of salt.

When the water is bubbling, pour in all the dumplings and stir so they don’t stick. Set a timer for 3 mins.

In the meantime, combine the chilli oil vinegar ingredients into a large serving dish.

As soon as the water boils again, add a cup of tap water to eliminate bubbles, and wait until the water comes back to a boil. If the dumplings float, use a sieve to remove them straight into the serving bowls of chilli vinegar.

Finish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
