A really, really speedy and delicious meal plan that comes together in 20 minutes – simple as that.

We've got some real star ingredients in this week's shopping list. A generous spoonful of old faithful vegan 'nduja brings the heat. Combine that with sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes, a good amount of garlic, and punchy red onions, and you've got the perfect flavour base for a number of meals.

45g Vegan 'Nduja
750g Cherry Tomatoes
2 Garlic Bulbs
4 Red Onions
400ml Coconut Milk
3 Red Chillies
500g Rigatoni
1 Bottle of Sherry Vinegar
250g Pecorino
4 Mini Ciabattas
2 x 250g Pouches of Puy Lentils
300g Spring Greens
Large Bunch of Basil (100g)
160g Frozen Peas
1 Jar of Green Curry Paste (Approx. 190g)
4 Eggs
