Very good, quick and easy. I didn’t have fresh or frozen basil, so I added dried basil instead. I also added peas and spinach, which worked well. Will make again!

Made this with Quorn sausages instead of meat. Just had to airfry them a bit first and smash them up a bit more. Also added 200g of passata to bulk out the sauce a bit more.

Nice but something felt missing - I added a sprinkle of sugar, teaspoon of tomato ketchup and chilli flakes during the simmering stage because it wasn’t very flavoursome at that stage, which made it better. I also added half of the cheese / basil leaves before adding the pasta. Would make again.

I was underwhelmed somewhat… I used a whole fresh chilli but wasn’t spicy enough and I’m a wuss when it comes to spice. I will attempt again but maybe add some nudja and maybe add some chopped pepperoni again to add more spice and texture.
