All the flavours of Greek salad in a warm comforting meal. This one is really low lift and the oven does most of the work. Make a big batch and reheat any leftovers in the microwave. Too easy.

I’ve made this so many times now because it’s so good. I didn’t even have any harissa in recently, so just amped up the lemon juice and garlic. I’ve also started putting the gnocchi in with the veg at the start as I love it when they go crispy. Honestly, if you make one Mob meal, make it this one!

Delicious! I doubled the sauce because I like it saucy and I ended up spreading everything out over two trays. Lots of leftovers. Made a side of brussels sprouts to go with it.

Loved the flavours and I did forget the olives and pickled onions but for me came out dry. Would suggest a tahini yogurt dressing over time

This was so easy and delicious. I swapped the aubergine for artichoke as the kids don't like aubergine and it worked well. I also added grated mozzarella on top of the feta which worked!. I didn't realise you could cook gnocchi this way.. great find!

This was so good! The pickled onions really make the dish, giving a bright acidic kick to the rich veg and feta, and starchy lentils and gnocchi. If you get a gnocchi that has browned a bit, it has a great crispy-chewy texture, mmmm!

Exceptionally tasty! The combination of flavours was excellent, we halved the feta to serve two, and subbed the puy lentils for tinned green lentils. All worked a treat and totally making this again.

Made this last night and it turned out great. If I was to make it again I'd double the sauce so the flavours were more punchy.

Why am I putting the dressing into a large salad bowl just to pour it out again? What's the purpose of the large bowl if it doesn't get used again? Things like this make your recipes confusing and make readers think they have missed something.

Hi Matthew, thanks so much for the helpful feedback! We've removed the reference to the large bowl (sorry for the confusion).

Do you need to par-boil the gnocchi first?

Hi Matias, nope! You can add the gnocchi straight from the packet.

Was really tasty. Didn't read the full recipe and was just following the steps. Was a little confused when I got to step 5 and was asked to add the lentils I has already added them at step 3 as it was part of the step to drain and rinse them and was ambiguous whether i added at this step. Maybe this needs to go as part of step 4 instead so its clear they need to be added later?

Cannot recommend this highly enough. So so easy to make and so so delicious. Hit every spot. I served it up with some rocket, which went really well.

This was great! Think Step 3 is missing adding the diced pepper to the baking tray too?
