Hi can this be frozen please? If so at what stage?

Hi Sheryl, absolutely. For best results, freeze it after assembling in the baking dish and before cooking. Then you can either defrost overnight and bake as described or cook it direct from frozen and add another 10 mins or until firm to touch, lightly golden brown and piping hot throughout.
