Welcome to Healthy Mob. It isn’t a new page, a new brand, or a new channel. It’s just a new direction. And it is going to become a central pillar of the recipes and content we make for you.
Over the past seven years, there’s been one overwhelming piece of feedback on our recipes (other than too much orzo, ’nduja, and gnocchi). Our bread and butter is comforting, weekend-y type of food. Food for when you have friends and family over. Recipes for when you have a bit more time to cook.
But time and time again, you’ve asked us to start making more healthy, midweek meals. Dishes that you can eat day in, day out. Meals that are healthy, nourishing… all the good stuff. Our mission at Mob is to instil a love of cooking in everyone. And we recognise that in order to do that, we need to provide more options for recipes to cook through the week – and that is exactly what we are going to do.
On top of that, you’ll be able to find sharply curated collections of all the healthy meals we have made in the past (there’s our Best Healthy Recipes, Quick & Healthy Recipes, and Healthy Vegetarian Recipes, to name a few) as well as plenty of healthy meal plans (like our High Protein One, Healthy Vegetarian Weeknight One, and High Protein One) made by our team of chefs.
At the outset of this new direction, we want to establish exactly what we mean by “healthy”.
