Breddos Co-Founder Serves Up The Freshest Tacos

The culinary meastro that is Nud Dudhia, founder of Breddos Tacos Shack, shows the MOB how to cook his Baja Fish Tacos.

After spending some time living in Mexico, Nud Dudhia, co-founder of Breddos Tacos, fell in love with Mexican food and all it had to offer. Nud went to Mexico to surf, and had no intention of starting a taco shop. But many years later after moving back to London and missing the Mexican tacos, Nud and Chris started Breddos Taco Shack in a makeshift car park taco shack in Hackney. The rest is history.

Breddos now has a permanent site in Clerkenwell serving up the freshest Mexican food this side of the Atlantic. Breddos uses the best of British produce to make their tacos.

Baja Fish Tacos

When Nud came into the MOB studio, he made his Baja Fish Tacos. Deep fried fish tacos, with a zingy mango and habanero salsa and chipotle mayo. All wrapped up in a small corn tortilla. Without a doubt, the tastiest tacos about.

Nud’s Tip
If you have a few lumps in the batter for the fish - don’t worry. It only makes the fish extra crispy when it’s fried.
