As a professional rugby player, Nathan Earle has to make sure his meals are packed with protein and carbs to provide fuel for training and matches. Nathan came into the MOB studio to show us how to make his pre-game meal: Butternut Squash Chilli. Nathan also wanted to share the importance of having a nutritious meal and a healthy diet. Nathan previously played for Saracens before moving to Harlequins in 2017. On the field, Earle is a stand-out player and is known for his endeavour, ball carrying, searing pace, unbeatable defensive work, and try-scoring.
