Presenting the star that is Max Fosh, a youtube sensation who has mastered one dish: Chorizo Pesto Pasta Bake. At university, Max lived in a house of six and they decided that each person would cook dinner for the whole house once a week. When it was Max’s turn he would only churn out one dish, and one dish only: his ultimate Chorizo Pesto Pasta Bake. Max made his pesto sauce from scratch by simply whizzing together the ingredients in a blender. This allows for maximum taste. He also took some advice from the MOB team to add some chilli flakes to the dish for an extra kick. Cheesy mozzarella, spicy chorizo and perfectly cooked pasta. An absolute winner.
