    Simple dish with simple flavours so choose a quality piece of fish or the broth will taste a bit 'fish-y'. Overall dish was well balanced; added quick pickled white onion for extra zing - personal preference. Bit of a lighter dish, added chickpeas to broth for extra protein for dinner meal as to not overwhelm the dish.
