Vegetable Tagine Recipe
Use this vegetable tagine as a base to play around with your cooking. You can swap out the vegetables depending on what you have in your fridge, butternut works super well instead of sweet potato, for instance, and if you’re looking for a bit of added spice or flavour, try stirring in some harissa, too.
