This is absolutely gorgeous. Swapped mint with coriander, used spicy paprika and chilly salt instead of chilly flakes, and skipped the nuts part, but still unbelievably gorgeous. Goes great with some soy souce & ginger -marinated chicken. Lo ve ly !!
