This was right up my alley, but a bit watery, would leave out the adding water to dress g maybe more lemon. Needs a lot of salt. Nourishing weeknight supper.

Hi there, I don’t think the Nutrition information is correct. This can’t be 28 grams of protein and 787 calories. How did you get those figures?

LOVE this recipe. Used precooked spelt as couldn’t find dried, I also fried my kale with a little olive oil rather than steaming it. Fantastic recipe!
