I really enjoyed this, I hardly ever cook cod despite loving it because I never know what to put with it. The spring onion and coriander oil was so tasty, I'll make twice as much next time. It felt nice and clean and healthy too.

Amazing mid week meal - quick, fresh and easy to do in 30mins. I sometimes use Basa as an alternative to Cod as it’s much cheaper.
