10/10 delish and worth the cook time. followed peer advice and halved the soy sauce + cooked on a hob so added just over half of liquid suggested. cooked in just over 2.5 hrs. delishhhhhhhhh will repeat xox

definitely don’t add all the Soya sauce. I added 4 tbsp and is salty as people have said below. I also added mushrooms and diced up coriander stalks. really good!!!!!

I loved this so much! Didn’t have kimchi and still do tasty. Yes there’s lots of sauce but I’m just gonna save the tasty pork flavoured sauce for some quick lunch things like over noodles with egg on top. We pressure cooked it for 45 mins and probably didn’t even need that long.

very tasty, agree with others that it was too much liquid. I cooked in our multi-pot on slow cook for around 6 hours then set to simmer for the last 20 mins to get rid of the excess liquid. The pork was fall apart tender

Lovely - amazed it doesn’t have lots of tomatoes in! I added some more veg, used about 2/3 the liquid and soy sauce (as had been mentioned in previous comments) and put in about 1/3 more kimchi (to use up the jar). Did the initial browning on the stove and then into the slow cooker on high for about 5 hours. Def didn’t need all the liquid in the recipe. Will cook again.

One of the best mob recipes I've made. subbed the kimchi for half the amount of cornichons with a bit of juice. 800ml stock with lid only half on and that was perfect. 4tbsp soy (but I love salt) Had it with the tacos and will have with pasta tomorrow

love this whole batch & the meals from them. I agree 6tbsp too much soy - I ended up only adding 3tbsp and that was more than enough. I also reduced liquid to 750ml and had the last 30 mins with the lid off :-) perfect

tasty but doesn't need so much liquid - I'd probably half the liquid at the beginning next time and add more if needed

I made this with some few tweaks, added some roughly chopped carrot for sweetness and some lentils to bulk it out and help with thickening. It was absolutely superb and definitely will be making again 👍

It was really tasty but way too salty! However, that may be my fault. 😬 I used light soy sauce which from a post dinner google seems to be saltier than regular soy sauce. Who knew. 🤦‍♀️ So I'd half the amount if using light.
