I had to add a bit of sriracha to the sauce as my chillies were not as hot! Beautiful dish, will make again for sure (also works with a chicken instead of salmon!!)

Really tasty and pretty easy to make. Make sure you add a generous amount of salt to the sauce. It helps cut the acidity of the tomatoes. We made from frozen salmon filets and they cooked nicely with a few extra minutes in the air fryer.
