Should the temperature of the oven be kept at 225 when the chicken goes back in for 20 mins with the Parmesan and wine? My onions were quite burnt when I took the pan out of the oven at the end of the cooking time, and the chicken legs felt a bit overdone. However, I’m definitely going to make this again, and would recommend as it tasted delicious!

Hi Molly, thanks so much for the helpful feedback and so glad it tasted delicious! Yes we'd recommend reducing the oven to 200°C when the chicken goes back in with the wine and Parm rind (we've edited the recipe to make this clear).
