This was way nicer than I was expecting! Didn’t have nutritional yeast, will try adding that next time. It was a bit salty for me, so when I make it again I’ll skip the salt and limit the veg stock.

We found it very salty too. Miso typically salty, stock salty, nutritional yeast isn't salty but can taste it. Trusted the process, we didn't even add any other salt and it was too much for us unfortunately!
