Delicious but I was a bit confused about some instructions, it didn't tell you to take out the chicken and cool, just said remove aromatics. I know I can use common sense, and I did, but some people might get a bit lost, especially if they are not experienced or very literal! I have enough sauce for weeks so I am going to freeze some and see what happens, it should be fine?

Hi Alison, thanks for the feedback! The chicken is removed from the pan to cool in step 4. You can freeze any leftover sauce and reheat it before serving with fresh noodles.

Is the MSG essential or could it be substituted?

Hi Vee, the MSG is optional, just leave it out if you don't have it – it will still be delicious!

Another delicious mob recipe! I’m so pleased I signed up, it’s totally reinvigorated my love for cooking 😍 I probably should have thickened the sauce more but I couldn’t wait. *chefs kiss*
