Hi! I would love to make this recipe but I wonder if you ont have skewers, whats the way to prepare the mushrooms?

Hi Beni! No skewers? No problem! Just roast the marinated veg on a tray at 220°C for 20-30 mins, turning halfway. Or pan-grill in batches for a nice char. Air fryer works too — 200°C for 10-15 mins, shaking halfway. Let us know how it goes :)

Please include marinate time in the overview. Bit annoying to find out at the moment you want to prep dinner that it still needs to marinate
