The timing didn’t quite work. The cauliflower needed a lot longer, the orzo needed 250mls extra. The lemon was good but overall it’s a bit disappointing.

Think I needed to cook the cauliflower a little longer, and did add a bit more liquid to cook the orzo. Used butterbeans instead of canellini and a bit of preserved lemon to slice as ran out of fresh. It was really nice, creamy and warming dish on a cold day!
