Amazeballs! I had less greens for the meatballs but they were still out of this world. I enjoyed following this recipe, short & crisp instructions, simple ingredients. 10/10. I appreciate that amount of salt was mentioned. Only orzo is way too much. 250 grams for 1L mushroom stock turns it into stew not soup.
