Very very tasty, although I did the cooking process a bit differently. First I stirfried broccolini (instead of broccoli as I had that laying in the fridge), then grilled flank steak (as the butcher had flank steak on discount) and then mixed in the rice (which was cooked in a seperate pot), added soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, cheddar and koriander and let that mingle while I fried some eggs in another skillet on high heat with a lid to trap the steam.

Does this recipe use mixed grain alongside rice? I'm a bit confused by the 1st instruction

Hi Natasha, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the confusion. This recipe was developed using a mix of rice & grains (we've updated the ingredients list). Lots of supermarkets sell packet blends of rice and grains but if you can't find one, you could just use regular wholegrain rice – or make your own mix!
