This is the soup to end all colds. It’s got a combination of turmeric, garlic, ginger, lemon and pepper that will see you through this cold season unscathed.

Ingredients states 500ml veg stock, recipe states 250ml, which is it?

Hi Wesley, thanks for pointing this out! It should be 500ml veg stock (we've updated the method) but feel free to add a little less if you prefer a thicker consistency.

Be very careful with the lemon zest quantity. I put the full 2 lemons' worth in, and it made the soup inedible.
