Lush, but needs clarification on pancetta. I had a block of pancetta and had no idea if it should be sliced or diced. Ended up slicing thinly.
Also pot needs to be massive! I had to reduce it for 10 mins to fit all the stock in

This was absolutely delicious! Was the inspiration for my dish pictured. Really yummy adding crispy gnocchi and some mushrooms I used thyme because couldn’t find any dill 😍
