Great, I quadrupled the chicken, doubled the sauce and halved the rice for a high protein, low carb saucy delight.

Made with mushrooms rather than chicken for a veggie option. Everyone really enjoyed it, but could do with more sauce, will double it up next time let suggestion below

Made this dish last night for friends who happen to be on a low carb diet but also because the flavours really appealed to me!
It was a great success!! - super simple and amazingly tasty!!! I used a wok to cook the chicken and the sauce thickened nicely. I did add a couple of teaspoons of water to the tahini dressing for the spinach salad as mine was a bit thick and that worked a treat! Really recommend this dish lots of flavour and looks awesome - they all loved it! Thanks Finn at Mob! :)
