    Made this dish last night for friends who happen to be on a low carb diet but also because the flavours really appealed to me! It was a great success!! - super simple and amazingly tasty!!! I used a wok to cook the chicken and the sauce thickened nicely. I did add a couple of teaspoons of water to the tahini dressing for the spinach salad as mine was a bit thick and that worked a treat! Really recommend this dish lots of flavour and looks awesome - they all loved it! Thanks Finn at Mob! :)
