Very tasty. To make a more substantial meal and use up veg from the fridge we roasted diced sweet potato in light olive oil, sprinkled with ground cumin and smoked paprika and roasted left over curly kale 15 min from the end. It complemented the fried halloumi and broccoli spears and made a good contrast to the fresh flavours of the salad. We followed the recipe for the salad - delicious
