Justice for anchovies, this is so good and they get such a bad rep for NO reason?? Can't count how many times this meal has saved me in a pinch, I consistently try to pressure my friends into giving anchovies a chance, and one day I'll just straight up gaslight them and feed them this, can't wait. Yes, it's salty, but NOT too salty, it's actually just yummy???? Also I can't be bothered with the breadcrumbs, but sounds delicious (btw. would love more anchovy recipes)

Is it 100g anchovies drained or with the oil? Made this but it was so salty that it made me wonder if I’d misinterpreted the recipe.

Just made this, great but missed that extra oomph. I added some parmesan and will probably add some cherry tomatoes next time (because it's worth making again).
