We forgot to add the sauce but it was still so yummy and highly recommend trying g this recipe! We’ll be using the sauce for our leftovers this week :)

Very tasty dish which I have since shared with others to make themselves. I forgot to add the sauce made at the beginning to the chicken but it was still very tasty. Just means we have to now remake the chicken this week to use the sauce - not complaining at all! 😋

An aromatic and juicy dish that everyone will enjoy. Very easy to make and food prep for the week! I left out the egg yolk but would be a lovely addition.

Waaaayyyyy too much “sauce” (made with 6 tbsp soy sauce, 6 tbsp mirin and 2 tbsp brown sugar then reduced) - would have ruined an otherwise very tasty dish if I’d poured it all on. We used a scant spoonful each as the chicken already had those flavours from the brief marinade. It was a huge waste of product to be honest and quality soy sauce and mirin aren’t cheap!
