Fruity Coconut Grain Porridge
This is like a breakfast version of Thai mango sticky rice – decadent and rich, but with all kinds of nutrients from the different grains. It’s delicious hot or cold, making it perfect for meal prep. You can adapt it by using different frozen fruits, or by swapping the pudding rice for sushi rice if you like.
