sooo delicious, really really creamy and rich which some might find too much, but it’s hard to find a better combo than cream & gochujang 🔥

Loved this dish so easy to make. I added red peppers softened before the garlic etc, plus spinach at the end. Replaced cream and mascapone with plain yogurt and cream cheese, using what I had in the fridge. Delicious!
