This was amazing! Used toasted sesame oil to warm up. Doubled the garlic. Cooked the noodles in a chicken and miso broth. Will absolutely do this again.

Thanks Di! This should be about 100g per person (individual instant noodles range from 80-100g).

Where does the cheese come in? It’s listed as an ingredient but not in the instructions

Hi Emily! Add the cheese to the top of the noodles right at the end of step 4. The heat from the noodles will slightly melt the cheese. Enjoy!
