Delicious and easy! Used salmon instead of pork and did it in the air fryer which made it so tasty. Added some other veg and fried tofu to clean out the fridge as well!

Favourite ramen recipe! Basically first one I ever tried and it is so easy to make, other half loves it and is great for the winter months. (My only amend I make is doing a fried egg instead of boiled just because it’s easier but I know it’s not authentic so please forgive me!)
