Does the mozzarella get mixed with the burrata or do the two go in separately? The instructions don't mention the mozzarella.

Thanks so much for flagging this! The mozzarella should be coarsely grated and stirred through the burrata before using it to fill the ravioli. We've added the instructions to step 3.
