Incredible!! Love this recipe. Will definitely be doing again.
So easy to make! I prepped these the night before and then just stuck them in the oven when our guests turned up. They were beautifully crispy and went down an absolute storm at a Christmas get together. Our friend is dairy intolerant, so we made the sauce with vegan butter, which worked brilliantly. Just what I was looking for. Thanks Mob :)

I’m so surprised with how crispy these wings went without frying.
At about 15 mins I looked in the oven and I was hesitant nothing was happening I came back 15 minutes later and they were so crispy and bubbling. I left mine for over 24 hrs in the fridge, served them with blue cheese dressing drizzled over the top.

Such a great way to achieve crispy wings without frying! My problem was salt content. Firstly, I used salted butter for the sauce (my bad), so specifying unsalted butter in the recipe would be helpful, then season to taste. Also, maybe half the salt quantity for the dry powder part. I look forward to my second attempt at these!
