Very smug about this delicious pie. I do the pastry separately as I like it crispy all over. Next time, I’ll cook the broccoli a bit before as some of it is a bit hard.

This was delicious. So comforting and perfect for a Sunday. Broccoli was perfectly cooked and not mushy or too hard.

Cooked it exactly to the recipe but the broccoli was almost raw. Would advise steaming first, was a very disappointing dinner sadly! Although the cheese sauce part was bang on :)

Perfect pie for a cold day. We add a tiny bit more mustard but everybody is different. The pie is amazing as im vegetarian and I would never think of adding mustard for the flavour in this.
