I make this constantly. Thanks! Would love to know other tweaks and things it could go with (besides the ones already mentioned). I like it with grilled halloumi covered in honey and oregano.

Big hit here. Made the batch last night: used jarred chickpeas which are worth the extra and had first serving with tahini yoghurt & flatbreads. Flatbreads from here: quick, easy, soft & delicious (SR flour, baking powder, yoghurt).
