Hi Holly. You can cook this in the oven instead. As a general rule, to convert from air fryer to oven you increase your cooking temperature by 25°C and increase your cooking time by 20%, but always keen an eye on it as every oven varies. Enjoy!

Hi - I am still getting used to the airfryer, so have a question regarding the part where you add the vegetables and chorizo...do you need to add a tray between these ingredients and the airfryer, as obviously the airfryer has slots, so the olive oil will just drip to the bottom and not really stay on the ingredients?

Hi Helen. You shouldn't need to add a tray, just add the ingredients direct to the air fryer basket. The seal on an air fryer is designed to prevent oil from dripping down the sides of the basket.
